Online Runway Coaching

This is my most popular service because it’s simple, effective, and works no matter where you are in the world. Runway training doesn’t have to be intimidating or complicated — if you’ve got a little space and a phone, you’re ready.

Here’s what you need:

• Your phone or camera (tripod helps, but a stack of books works too)
   

• 10–30 feet of space to walk in a straight line
   

• Good lighting so I can actually see your walk
   

• A pair of heels if you wear them (yes, even the ones that scare you a little)
   

From there, I’ll coach you through everything: stride, posture, end-of-runway poses, and facial expressions. We’ll refine the small details that make the biggest difference. Most models notice a major shift in three to five sessions — but if you’re just looking to touch things up, sometimes one or two is all it takes.

By the end, you’ll feel more confident, polished, and runway-ready. And trust me — when you step into your next casting or show with that kind of energy, people notice.

Posing Coaching ( Online )

Let’s be real — not every photographer is going to help you out on set. Some barely say a word, some just keep snapping, and others assume you already know exactly what they want. That’s where your job as a model comes in: you need to perform no matter who’s behind the camera.

In these sessions, I’ll teach you how to move with confidence, flow from pose to pose, and use facial expressions to tell a story. You’ll learn how to bring out the mood of the clothing, adapt to different shoot styles, and create strong images even when you’re getting zero direction.

By the end, you’ll feel comfortable in front of any lens — and that’s the kind of skill that books repeat work.

We’ll review your portfolio, digitals, and measurements together. I’ll guide you through posing and runway basics, help prepare your first set of digitals for agency submissions, and talk through casting expectations. You’ll leave knowing how to present yourself to agencies with confidence.

If you’re local to Vancouver, this is where the magic happens. Nothing beats in-person coaching — we get to work side by side, go deep into technique, and fix things in real time. I’ll demo everything for you, give live corrections, and you’ll have the chance to ask every single question you’ve ever had about the runway (yes, even the ones you’ve been too shy to ask at castings).
